我从事超市收银工作的时光不是太长,自身的素质和业务水平离工作的实际要求还有必须的差距,但我能够克服困难,努力学习,端正工作态度,用心的向其他同志请教和学习,能踏实、认真地做好本职工作,为超市的发展作出了自我应有的贡献。现针对自我在工作中遇到的问题谈谈自我的心得和体会,也算是对自我工作的一个评价吧。
(一)作为与现金直接打交道的收银员,我认为务必遵守超市的作业纪律。收银员在营业时身上不可带有现金,以免引起不必要的误解和可能产生的公款私挪的现象。收银员在进行收银作业时,不可擅离收银台,以免造成钱币损失,或引起等候结算的顾客的不满与抱怨。收银员不可为自我的亲朋好友结算收款,以免引起不必要的误会和可能产生的收银员利用收银职务的方便,以低于原价的收款登录至收银机,以企业利益来图利于他人私利,或可能产生的内外勾结的“偷盗"现象。在收银台上,收银员不可放置任何私人物品。因为收银台上随时都可能有顾客退货的商品,或临时决定不购买的商品,如果有私人物品也放在收银台上,容易与这些商品混淆,引起误会。收银员不可任意打开收银机抽屉查看数字和清点现金。随意打开抽屉既会引人注目并引发不安全因素,也会使人产生对收银员营私舞弊的怀疑。不启用的收银通道务必用链条拦住,否则会使个别顾客趁机不结账就将商品带出超市。收银员在营业期间不可看报与谈笑,要随时注意收银台前和视线所见的卖场内的状况,以防止和避免不利于企业的异常现象发生。收银员要熟悉卖场上的商品,尤其是特价商品,以及有关的经营状况,以便顾客提问时随时作出正确的解。
(2)认真做好商品装袋工作。将结算好的商品替顾客装入袋中是收银工作的一个环节,不要以为该顶工作是最容易可是的,往往由于该项工作做得不好,而使顾客扫兴而归。装袋作业的控制程序是:硬与重的商品垫底装袋;正方形或长方形的商品装入包装袋的两例,作为支架;瓶装或罐装的商品放在中间,以免受外来压力而破损;易碎品或轻泡的商品放置在袋中的上方;冷冻品、豆制品等容易出水的商品和肉、菜等易流出汁液的商品,先应用包装袋装好后再放入大的购物袋中,或经顾客同意不放入大购物袋中装入袋中的商品不能高过袋口,以避免顾客提拿时不方便,一个袋中装不下的商品应装入另一个袋中;超市在促销活动中所发的广告页或赠品要确认已放入包装袋中。装袋时要绝对避免不是一个顾客的商品放入同一个袋中的现象;对包装袋装不下的体积过大的商品,要用绳子捆好,以方便顾客提拿;提醒顾客带走所有包装入袋的商品,防止其遗忘商品在收银台上的状况发生。
(3)注意离开收银台时的工作程序。离开收银台时,要将“暂停收款”牌放在收银台上;用链条将收银通道拦住;将现金全部锁入收银机的抽屉里,钥匙务必随身带走或交值班长保管;将离开收银台的原因和回来的时光告知临近的收银员;离开收银机前,如还有顾客等侯结算,不可立即离开,应以礼貌的态度请后采的顾客到其他的收银台结账;并为等侯的顾客结账后方可离开。

项目部防汛工作在统一领导下,由相关部门的进取配合和大力支持,经过全体人员的共同努力,使防汛工作构成段段有人管、层层有人抓、工作有检查、任务有安排,保证了汛期群众的生命、财产安全,较好地完成了今年防汛防洪工作的各项任务。现将具体工作总结如下:
一、建立防汛指挥机构,明确防汛职责
防汛抢险工作实行单位个人负责制,成立以于陈东旭同志为组长,李开志同志为副组长,各组人员为成员的防汛领导小组。领导小组负责对水库防汛抢险工作的统一指挥、布置防汛抢险工作各项要求。库区内各施工单位的负责人为本单位的防汛抢险第一职责人。领导小组的建立,明确了防汛职责体系和运转机制,为做好库区防汛防洪工作供给了可靠的组织保证。
二、完善防汛应急预案,突出防汛重点
结合库区实际,对《防汛预案》进行了修改完善,此次修编更加突出了防汛重点,进一步完善了防汛指挥体系,明确了防汛职责,并按新的汛情预警及颜色制订了应急预案的具体实施步骤。使其针对性、操作性更强,监督施工企业建立防汛体系并将项目防汛职责人和防汛值班人联系方式上报防汛办公室备案。
三、精心准备队伍和筹措物资,做到未雨绸缪
今年,项目部对防汛抢险队伍进行了调整充实,组建了以专职防汛人员为队长的专业防汛抢险巡查队和具有必须专业技术的工程抢险队共计30人。4月8日,组织专业防汛抢险巡查队伍进行演练,提前练好内功,为防汛抢险工作做好充分的人力准备。与此同时,建设局按照管委的有关要求,进取储备防汛物资,并在汛前逐项检查防汛物资的完好情景,及时更换、补充,并建档立卡,做到有备无患。
四、巡查防汛重点部位,科学合理调节水位
对库区的重点防汛部位,制定了专门的防汛预案,并落实专人巡查,及时发现和掌握汛情。对人工围堰、泄洪排水沟渠等重点部位实行严防死守,进一步加强对上游巡查力度,并做好安全巡查记录,及时发现大坝及围堰可能存在的渗漏、裂缝、滑坡、垮塌等安全隐患。同时科学合理调节水位,指定在水库上游设立水位监测员,实行24小时水位监测,明确了水位监测员的工作职责,强化职责意识,做到了早预测、早监测、早报告,为确保安全度汛创造了有利条件。
五、严格防汛值班制度,确保24小时监控
制定并完善干部防汛值班制度,在汛期,项目部坚持24小时值班制度,各相关施工职责单位设置固定防汛值班室,并坚持24小时畅通。值班期间,值班人员准时到岗,按照区防汛办要求及时将雨情、汛情向施工单位通报并做好相应应对措施。做到了一般事务自我处理,特殊事件或遇紧急汛情、灾情及可能发生的重大隐患立即向管委领导报告。并认真做好了值班记录和交接班工作。
六、坚持防汛督查,促进隐患治理
专业防汛队员坚持对库区开展定期和不定期的防汛检查,对检查中发现的问题,明确职责单位,限期整改,及时消除隐患,对解决难度较大且影响防汛安全的重要问题,先采取临时保护措施,并向局防汛指挥领导小组汇报,确定处置方案。督促有关部门重点职责部门制定切实有效的应急预案,项目部督促施工单位抓紧落实整改措施,确保隐患得到彻底排查整治。
20__年的汛期结束,但防汛工作还远没有结束。在来年的防汛工作中,我们将继续根据项目要求,早动员,早部署,层层检查,狠抓落实,不松手不停步,常抓不懈,不折不扣地把防汛工作作为一项长期工作来抓。加强宣传教育工作力度,注重提高建设局干部和群众的防洪防汛意识。为下游人民供给良好的环境和有力的保障。
