It is natural that difficulties hide in every corner of our life,so we have to face them at times.Whatever we have undergone in our life, we shouldn't complain about it. We may get a lot or lose so much in our life journey, but keeping a positive attitude should always be together with us. Nothing can defeat us if we are confident and diligent. Just as saying goes, God is equal to everyone. As he closes the door, he will also open a window for us.
Many of us have seen a picture on the Internet of a man with a nice smile is struggling along with the aid of a stick because of losing one of his feet,and another man is sitting on the ground without shoes on his feet,looking anxious and depressed.How different the expressions flitting across their faces are!At the bottom of the drawing says”Because I have no shoes,I keep complaining until I find another man who has lost one of his feet.”
What an impressive drawing it is in revealing different attitudes toward life!A person's attitude towards life is very important, it determines your life, which path you are taking and how your life will become. if you are a person with very strong positive outlook, no matter what difficulties you encounter, you will always look at the bright side of life and never give up easily. Take Thomas Edison as an example.Before inventing the electric bulb,he had tried thousands of materials for lamp filament,but failed.Despite others’ laughing at him.he said,”I am not a failure,at least I have proved these materials are not fit for filament.”Before long he invented electric bulb.
The most frequent example you see are those patients or people that are handicapped or suffering from some type of illness like cancer. They do not give up any glimpse of hope and continue fighting till they their last breathe. Even those very determined handicapped,they do not blame the world for their disable. Instead, they are contented and blessed with all the rest the have, their family , friends and those who support them greatly. Those handicapped with negative attitude towards life will feel that the world is unfair and they life in misery and always feel that they are unless and unwanted.
All in all,it is our attitudes that have changed everything in our life and help us to pull through all hardships.So we should strive to develop a positive attitude toward life and the world.It is convinced that only when we are equipped with optimism and confidence can we achieve success in the future.

Remember that year, I bought a bike,but I can't ride a bike! Mom seems to understand my thoughts, gently to me: "tomorrow I'll show you to your square, teach you to ride a bicycle." "Good!" I'm happy to reply.
The next morning, my mother and I went to the square. Mother let me push this bike, and look for the feeling, I have to not boring to walk cycles. Fifteen minutes passed, and my feet really acid! 1.How many of you can remember the birthday of your parents?
2.How many people can remember the birthday of the idols you love?
Today,many students can remember their own birthdays,their friends’ birthdays,even their idols’ birthdays.However,both of them forget their parents’ birthdays.Everyone's life is a continuation of the parents of one blood, all of the parents gave us love, let us enjoy the human world of affection and happiness, therefore, we would like to thank the parents.Parents’ love is the most unconditional and thus the greatest love in the world.Our parents have done much for us since we were born,They give us lots of love and care,but we do not care for them enough.
Last week our music teacher taught us a song, named Indebted Heart. Through it I know that we should live with a thankful heart. At that time, I think of my parents. I think they are the first people I should thank. It’s them who give me life. It’s them who give me home. It’s them who bring me up. It’s them who look after me. It’s them who teach me knowledge and live happily. I should thank my parents giving me so much. Maybe I should think how to pay back the love my parents give me. But now I think the best way to be appreciated of my parents is to study well and then being a useful person to the society when I grow up.
Gratitude is the feeling of being grateful, the art of receiving gracefully, and the act of showing appreciation for every act of kindness, big or small, that others do for us.Gratitude can take many forms. It can be expressed by a large, dramatic gesture or it can be shown in a small way, like finding a very original and personal way to say thanks for a friend’s gift. Whatever we do to show our gratitude, we should do it in a sincere manner, for it is the feelings in our hearts that matters the most.The story reminds us how important it is to express our gratitude to the ones who have offered us help. We can never be too grateful. The smiles and the thanks we give help us to build a better world, one that we can all live in and enjoy.
I am grateful, God gave me my kind parents, so I can grow in their love.

About ten years ago when I was an undergraduate in college, I was workingas an intern at my University's Museum of Natural History. One day while workingat the cash register in the gift shop, I saw an elderly couple come in with alittle girl in a wheelchair.
As I looked closer at this girl, I saw that she was kind of perched on herchair. I then realized she had no arms or legs, just a head, neck and torso. Shewas wearing a little white dress with red polka dots.
As the couple wheeled her up to me I was looking down at the register. Iturned my head toward the girl and gave her a wink. As I took the money from hergrandparents, I looked back at the girl, who was giving me the cutest, largestsmile I have ever seen. All of a sudden her handicap was gone and all I saw wasthis beautiful girl, whose smile just melted me and almost instantly gave me acompletely new sense of what life is all about. She took me from a poor, unhappycollege student and brought me into her world; a world of smiles, love andwarmth.
That was ten years ago. I'm a successful business person now and whenever Iget down and think about the troubles of the world, I think about that littlegirl and the remarkable lesson about life that she taught me.
